Evaluation of Hebei Province’s Innovation Ability under the Integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Regional innovation capability is one of the important indicators to measure comprehensive development level a region. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process evaluate regional Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. A total 10 were selected from three aspects foundation, input and output construct evaluation index system. Using 2019 data comprehensively Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Finally, ability scores basic rankings Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei provinces obtained. The study concluded that Province still has many gaps in compared with Beijing Tianjin. Therefore, needs strengthen its output. integration created good opportunities for Province. an objective scientific technological capabilities under certain significance government formulate science technology strategies improve capabilities.
